This set satisfies the feel of real wooden pencils that write in rich, dark, and even lines. Beautiful to write with as well as look at, these wooden pink and light blue pencils will be a marvelous addition to your art tool collection or pencil case. A common American #2 pencil is equivalent to an HB pencil. These pencils come unsharpened.

Shipping and Delivery

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Delivery Time

Most orders for US ,AS are shipped within 24hours and should arrive within approx 5-7 business days after shipping. Orders for OA, EU, RAUS, NA are shipped within 24 hours and should be arrive within approx 7-15 business days after shipping. Tracking number will send to your email after shipping.

For International orders, it will cost 2-3 weeks for delivery if we don't have set warehouse in your country.

*Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

P.O. Boxes

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please fill your shipping address when checkout. 

Shipping Restrictions

Purchases shipping outside the United States may have local taxes, duties, etc. Please note that if we send item is not from your local warehouses, customers are responsible for paying import tax situation in your own country. And These charges are not included in the purchase amount.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

Order confirmation

The order confirmation email will send to you when checkout the order and provides a summary of the items on your order and shipping address & billing address info. Once you have confirmed, we will ship your order out at the same business day.

Order Processing

Orders received before 5pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 5pm PST will ship the next business day.

Shipment Notification

Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Order Tracking

To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order track page. Enter your Tracking Number to view the status of your order. You can find the Tracking Number in the Shipment Notification. If you are not able to locate your Order/ Tracking Number, or have any additional questions regarding the status of your order, please submit your question to contact Voystationery.

 

Inspection and Sign

As drone products are a big purchase, please inspect the package upon delivery. Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, Voystationery will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.

To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact Voystationery Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.

Return policy

We would like to provide a pleasant purchase experience for you on voystationery.com.  If you have any problems with your purchase, you can request our Return & Refund Service or contact us by info@voystationery.com for customer support.

1. Return

    Before Return, You must Know

    • If you have problems with our products, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. 
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide your order id / order email when you ask for return service.  Please contact our customer service for more details.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it's our fault (such as, wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Return Time and How?

      • You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.
      • When you decide to return, please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.
      • You can choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of our error, we'll refund your return shipping costs after we received the item. Please provide us the receipt.

       

      2. Refund

        Our refund policy lasts 30 working days from purchase date. We are sorry for not offering refund or exchange after 30 working days since your purchase date.

        Refund Time

        Depending on the bank or credit card, the refund process will be completed in about 1-2 business days. And money will be refunded into your original payment account.

        How to Get a Full Refund

        To be eligible for a full refund, your product (s) should have one of the following conditions:

        • Our warehouse ship a wrong product to you .
        • The product is defective.
        • A cancellation requested before item has been sent out.
        • Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

         

        3. Cancellation

        • You can get a full refund if you make a cancellation before we send out your order. Usually we will ship the package within 24 hours.
        • If your cancellation made after 24 hours, please contact our customer service first. You can easily get in touch with our customer service via email or any online contact method like WhatsApp. Once we confirm that your order has not been processed, you will get a full refund.
        • If your order is in transit, you still can cancel the order but you have to pay for the cancellation fee. Detailed fee and how to deal with this case, please consult customer service.

          4. Exchange

          You can request a Replacement Service:

          • Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
          • Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.
